Short-Term & Vacation Rentals (Less than 30 days)
Booking Confirmation
Once a reservation is made and payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with details of your stay. Please contact us immediately if you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours.
Fulfillment of Services
Your rental includes use of the property as described in your booking confirmation.“Check-in and check-out instructions, including digital access codes, will be provided via email 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All payments made toward rent are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance.
Lease Agreements
All long-term tenancies require a signed lease agreement that outlines rent amount, duration, payment terms, and tenant obligations.
Rent Payments
Rent is due as specified in the lease. We do not provide refunds of rent once paid, regardless of early termination or non-use of the premises, unless required by law or specified in the lease agreement.
Cancellations Prior to Move-In
If a tenant cancels before the lease start date, refund eligibility is determined by the lease terms. In most cases, deposits and prepaid rent are non-refundable unless the unit is re-rented.
Early Termination
Early lease termination is governed by the terms of the signed lease. Tenants remain responsible for rent payments unless a suitable replacement tenant is found or otherwise agreed upon in writing.
